If we can’t make theatre relevant, why do it? If we can’t make it affordable, we won’t be doing it.

Tired of getting low numbers of useless visitors for your site? Well i want to let you know about a brand new underground tactic which makes me personally $900 each day on 100% AUTOPILOT. I really could be here all day and going into detail but why dont you just check their website out? There is a excellent video that explains everything. So if your seriously interested in making easy cash this is the website for you. Auto Traffic Avalanche

Thank you for this dialogue. As a founding member of the 27 year old Castillo Theatre Company (we are right next door to the Signature on 42nd St.) I think there is an alternative funding model that rarely gets discussed. We have been independently-funded for our entire existence - we have not relied on government, grant or corporate funding. We have built an independent base of support here in NYC by canvassing, tabling and telemarketing New Yorkers and asking them if they want to support an independent, community based theatre that gives voice to the voiceless. We have received a resounding "Yes!" for over 25 years. You can read more in our Artistic Director Dan Friedman's article "Everyone's an Angel" in the recently published book "Angels in the American Theatre" http://books.google.com/books?id=MEDLIJdtFnEC&lpg=PA104&ots=XrOaQBAUGs&dq=ANGELS%20dan%20friedman&pg=PA104#v=onepage&q=ANGELS%20dan%20friedman&f=false

Jodi! Thank you! Your remarks are very kind and I appreciate them very much. I should add that I don't mind being disagreed with -- I think that's the nature of the beast and that all dialogue is ultimately healthy. And I'm really so flattered you'd highlight The Clyde Fitch Report as you have. I will be adding your blog to my blogroll immediately.

One last thing -- we're moving! The Clyde Fitch Report will move to its own website, which you'll find at www.clydefitch.com, in the next 2-3 weeks. That link takes you to the beta version of the new site.

Keep in touch?

Leonard Jacobs
